AI for Realtors, without the hype
You've been told to use AI. Here's someone who will sit down with you, figure out what's actually worth it for your business, set it up, and show you how to use it.
Why this page exists
In real estate, the message to "use AI" is everywhere: conference stages, brokerage meetings, software pitches. What's usually missing is someone who shows agents how to actually get started.
If that sounds familiar, you're not behind. You just haven't had anyone show you yet.
Where AI can help an agent or a team
// examples
Ideas to show what's possible. We'll pick what fits how you work.
- Listing descriptions and marketing. Get a solid first draft from your notes and photos, then make it yours. You stay in charge of every word, including fair housing language.
- Follow-up that doesn't slip. Draft personal follow-ups after showings and open houses, and keep your CRM up to date without the typing.
- Making long documents readable. Turn inspection reports and disclosures into a first-pass summary you review before sharing with clients.
- Deadlines and checklists. Keep every transaction's dates and to-dos in front of you so nothing gets missed.
- Market updates and social posts. Turn your local knowledge into a regular newsletter or posts in a fraction of the time.
- For brokerages and teams. Shared tools, simple rules about client data, and training so every agent uses AI the same, safe way.
How we'd work together
Same three steps as any business:
- Explore. We look at your week and find the two or three things AI should take off your plate.
- Set up. I set up the tools and connect them to what you already use, like your CRM and email.
- Train. I show you, or your whole team, how to use them, check them, and stay on the right side of the rules.
A word of caution
AI gets things wrong, and in real estate some mistakes are costly. Part of what I teach is how to check AI's work, what never to paste into it, and where a human always signs off.
